I have 2 wilderness systems sea kayaks. want to buy new skirts. I'm not sure how to measure for them. Suppliers want the length and width. Do I measure to the outside of the lip or the inside. Thanks

outside. you will need to get it over the lip, but there are not that many sizes anyway.
