Hello everyone, I'm a new member. I've recently retired, and have moved from Michigan to Cape Cod, MA. For those of you who aren't familiar with New England, Cape Cod, is loaded with fishing, and paddling opportunities.
I've been involved with the paddle sports all of my life, (Canoe) but this is my first year in a kayak. As a retirement present to myself I've just purchased an Ocean Prowler 15T, fishing yak. I've spent the winter installing a fish locator, purchasing gear, and rigging it to fish. I plan to fish both fresh water, and saltwater near shore with it.
The new fishing season is just around the corner, and I can't wait to break my yak in. Have a great season, and enjoy the paddling.
