Since I have been working only a few hours each week for quite some time now, I have an abundance of time to:
1. Paddle when weather permits
2. Surf the internet and paddle in my mind
3. Plan paddle outings
The economy is slow so I do have the time to be out on the water. After thinking about how much time I spent on the water last year, I have started a paddle calendar for this year to see just how many days I am out there. It could be interesting to look back on the calendar and the notes…
Hopefully there will come a time when my decedents (Grandkids, if and when I get some) look back on my great adventures and say, wow the old lady really liked to be out there. Do any of you keep up with dates & notes on the different places you paddle? My paddle calendar may evolve in to a paddle diary.
