Formerly a sailor, I just began kayaking last fall. I paddle my Perception Swifty 9.5 on one of the highland lakes in Texas.

Hi DEPosey and welcome to the forum. I happen to own one of the little Swiftys myself. That flat water lake paddling is good for you. :) (I keep telling myself that anyway.) Do you ever try kayak camping out of your little boat?

Haven't tried kayak camping yet. Swifty doesn't offer much room for gear. Besides, I live across the street from the lake.
