WOW!

Makes me want to get there. Some great looking places to paddle, not to mention, they look awful fishy. ;)

The area looks beautiful and I would love to visit and paddle it. I do have questions about alligators. I’m fearful of any creature that is capable of eating me and on top of that I’m paddling in the alligators’ comfort zone. How do you handle paddling around those animals?

So much water, so little time :)

Never lost a paddler to an alligator, but you will be safe if you view them at a distance.

Have you ever accidently gotten closer to one than you intended to due to them being hidden from view? I find them fascinating, but scary. Perhaps to someone with knowledge about them they don’t seem like such an issue. A trip in your area would be very interesting with so many different types of wildlife. I would defiantly want a professional guide to lead the way.

A hot spot in the SouthEast would be Coastal North Carolina. Check out Swansboro area....AMAZING!
