Hi...
I have been looking for a good kayak sail for a while, and I have decided on the Windpaddle.
Now; Im still undecided as for which one I should get, as there are two sizes:
-Adventure - 42" (106.7 cm.)
-Cruiser -56" (142.24 cm.)
Question / concerns:
Will the Cruiser model be too big and unwieldly?
Will it be to hard to reach around in order to stow it?
Will it be to hard to control in higher winds?
Will there be any noticable speed difference?
Now I have a AdvancedElements Advanced Frame Expedition, inflatable kayak.
For this first trip with the windpaddle I will be loading the Kayak for an extended trip.
And im just worried the Adventure wont be big enough to handle the bulk...
Not that thers all that much gear. But the kayak isnt exactly empty either...
Input from anyone with experience with any of theese kayak sails would be greatly apreciated.
