As a member you can decide how you want to see the content.
If you wanted to see the oldest content first or the newest first then you have that choice. It is easy to change in the General Settings.
Here is how:
Login in the site and click the Forums tab at the top.
Click the Forms Actions drop down menu at the top.
Click General Settings from the menu.
Scroll down to the Thread Display Options and you will find the second option to be Thread Display Mode.
Make your choice, there is even a help option there to explain all of the options available.
